iPod update!

This is a special update for those who own the old iPods and still feel the new iPod classic, is just loaded with huge storage and a new interface. How many of you out there feel you can get away with the current space on your iPod, but would still like to sport the new interface. I personally would like to get the new interface, but Apple haven’t got us the updates on that front…but here’s some news on updates you might be interested.

    Looking very similar to the Dual Music Player(DMP), featured here, designer Yeon-shin Seung has extended it to play DVDs naming it the PDP( Portable DVD player) and also managed to squeeze an OLED screen. Not just any other OLED screen, Yeon-shin plans on using the Sony full color flexible organic electroluminescent display that is thin & lightweight. Unlike the DMP, the PDP works by twisting the candybar and then inserting a DVD. As for the display, the OLED screen pops out of candybar as seen in the pictures.       Hitachi Blu-ray camcorder

      Hitachi’s got a winner here with its new invention and the world’s first too! Introducing Hitachi’s Blu-Ray disc camcorder (DZ-BD7H) and (DZ-BD7D). Hitachi has brought two variants; one records straight to a 7cm Blu-Ray disc with 7.5 GB capacity and the other is a hybrid. Records both on a Blu-ray disc as well as a 30GB HDD.                 Thinking of getting one of those 30/60/80 video Ipods? Better make it fast. If rumours are to be believed there’s a new apple baby on the way. No, Mrs.Jobs is not expecting - it’s a full touch screen Ipod. Once delivery dates are set you can be sure they’ll pull the older ones off the shelves. So unless you’re willing to shell out substantially higher for the same GB on a newer model better get yours pronto!
