Hitachi’s got a winner here with its new invention and the world’s first too! Introducing Hitachi’s Blu-Ray disc camcorder (DZ-BD7H) and (DZ-BD7D). Hitachi has brought two variants; one records straight to a 7cm Blu-Ray disc with 7.5 GB capacity and the other is a hybrid. Records both on a Blu-ray disc as well as a 30GB HDD. Last week, Matsushita Electric Industrial Co.(Panasonic) had unveiled what they claim to be the world’s smallest High-Definition camcorder. The Panasonic HDC-Sd7 measures just 52 x110 x 87mm and weighs only 350 grams including the memory card and battery.
