The Atlas Kinetic Cell phone concept developed by Ricardo Baiso, could spark a whole new revolution in the powering phones. Ricardo’s concept uses kinetic energy similar to those used in watches to power this phone. Clad in aluminum and glass it not only uses an environmental friendly technology but also looks unique too. A central glass reveals the generator and the charging unit. We’re not sure of the features that’s loaded into the phone, but one thing’s for sure, you’ll never need to worry about batteries again. All you need to do is turn your phone a couple of times ( like the kinetic watches) and you’re ready to go. Check out more images after the jump

Introducing the moldable mouse from the guys at Lite-On. This is the answer to all those who are having an uncomfortable experience with their mouses, with issues such as, left hand compatibility, too big or too small, buttons in weird locations and of course those suffering from the carpal tunnel syndrome.

This moldable mouse uses a lightweight clay covered with a nylon and polyurethane blend fabric. Once you’ve molded the mouse to your preference or fantasy, it retains the shape till you want to play with it again! The click buttons and touch sensitive track pad with built in radio frequency identification can be stuck on, based on your personal preference. This is what I call innovation, and for some, it’s an answer they’ve been looking for. And that’s probably why it’s won the Red Dot design. Wanna get you’re hands on one. We’ll let you know as soon as it gets into production

This isn’t the first time we thought it was real deal.We had another article on the same subject last year. Sources from Sony Ericsson have denied development of a PSP Phone, but the rumour never seems to die. A few days back I came across another life like image of the Sony Ericsson PSP Phone, which looks quite plausible in a Stuff magazine and I must say I am impressed.

I’m sure most of you would like to see something like this in reality, but who knows. This could be the work of a 3D professional. Let’s hope for the best and till then let’s keep our spirits high with such gorgeous images!

This is what Audi’s future car keys are to become. It’s part of the Audi metroproject concept and is called the Audi mobile device. This mobile devices works as an access system for the vehicle and all its features like the mobile phone, navigation system, audio and video player. The menu is based on the interface found in the high spec Audi models. The mobile device sports both WiFi and 3G technologies. The handset also works as a mobile phone, MP3 player, vehicle control system and input device for the car’s navigation system. It can also be used to turn the heater system, open/ close the car and even store images taken by the Audi’s on-board cameras. So here’s what it could do. The car can now take pictures of a probable intruder and send you a mug shot via WiFi and later switch to the car’s tracker to show you it’s current location. The touch sensitive screen will also understand handwriting. Does this mean car manufacturers will soon create their own mobile phones with car access capabilities. Check out for more pictures after the jump.

Introducing Sony’s new Drive OLED TV. Its 3mm thin and boasts a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. The 11-inch SonyDrive XEL-1 features a 960 x 540 pixel resolution, terrestrial digital tuner, two 1W speakers, HDMI v1.3, USB, and Ethernet jacks in a package measuring 287 x 140 x 253-mm and only weighing 2-kgs. The next big question is “How much?” Its estimated to be around $1,740, that’s about $160 per inch of OLED. Ouch! now that’s quite a bit for a state of the art OLED TV. But that’s the price you pay to own a first generation technology. It’s expected in the Japanese markets early this December. More pics after the jump.

Motorola’s been busy on their new series of phones, sporting some real cool features. The MOTOROKR E8 and MOTORIZR Z10 are the latest newbies, expected to launch really soon! Check out some of the features after the jump.

The MOTOROKR E8 is the new music phone from Motorola. The E8 sports a touch-sensitive keypad and the “Omega wheel” sounds like the next big feature for navigation. The keypad also supports Haptic feedback, which allows users to feel every keypress. Loaded with 2GB of space and is expandable via a microSD slot up to capacities of 4GB. Other features include FM radio, Bluetooth, USB v 2.0, colour screen with a resolution of 262k. It also sports a 3.5mm audio jack, to support most headphones. The bar-shaped phone is GPRS and EDGE enabled and its all packed in a slim form factor with dimensions 115 x 53 x 10.6mm. It’s expected to be out by November this year.

The MOTORIZR Z10 is another smart phone from Motorola, powered by Symbian UIQ 3.1, just like its predecessor the Z8. It is equipped with a kick slider,(i.e.) a sliding mechanism that bend the phone for better ergonomics. The Motorizr sports a 2.2″ screen with a resolution of 16 million colours under a scratch-resistant glass and a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash. Sources at GSMarena, claims the camera can capture video at 30fps. It is enabled with GPRS, EDGE and HSDPA and is expected in December.

Looking very similar to the Dual Music Player(DMP), featured here, designer Yeon-shin Seung has extended it to play DVDs naming it the PDP( Portable DVD player) and also managed to squeeze an OLED screen. Not just any other OLED screen, Yeon-shin plans on using the Sony full color flexible organic electroluminescent display that is thin & lightweight. Unlike the DMP, the PDP works by twisting the candybar and then inserting a DVD. As for the display, the OLED screen pops out of candybar as seen in the pictures. Check it out in its innate form after the jump!

Designed by Eno Setiawan, the Vaio Zoom pictured here uses a holographic technology and its all sandwiched within a thin glass form making its total width less than an inch. When the machine is off, the screen is completely transparent and the keyboard goes opaque. Switch it on and everything comes to life. Even the mouse buttons are holographic. It’s still in the concept stage, but who knows this is what computers of the future might look like! Even if it does, I’m sure they would come up with a more durable form(recommend) other than glass. I would kill myself, if I had dropped one of these..
