Motorola’s been busy on their new series of phones, sporting some real cool features. The MOTOROKR E8 and MOTORIZR Z10 are the latest newbies, expected to launch really soon! Check out some of the features after the jump.
The MOTOROKR E8 is the new music phone from Motorola. The E8 sports a touch-sensitive keypad and the “Omega wheel” sounds like the next big feature for navigation. The keypad also supports Haptic feedback, which allows users to feel every keypress. Loaded with 2GB of space and is expandable via a microSD slot up to capacities of 4GB. Other features include FM radio, Bluetooth, USB v 2.0, colour screen with a resolution of 262k. It also sports a 3.5mm audio jack, to support most headphones. The bar-shaped phone is GPRS and EDGE enabled and its all packed in a slim form factor with dimensions 115 x 53 x 10.6mm. It’s expected to be out by November this year.
The MOTORIZR Z10 is another smart phone from Motorola, powered by Symbian UIQ 3.1, just like its predecessor the Z8. It is equipped with a kick slider,(i.e.) a sliding mechanism that bend the phone for better ergonomics. The Motorizr sports a 2.2″ screen with a resolution of 16 million colours under a scratch-resistant glass and a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash. Sources at GSMarena, claims the camera can capture video at 30fps. It is enabled with GPRS, EDGE and HSDPA and is expected in December.
