For those of you who didnt know ( including me), you can now make and recieve calls using your iPod with the BlueEye. As you can see in the image above, the accessory is very familiar, just like the controller that came with the 2nd or 3rd generation ipods.
The BlueEye has a built-in Bluetooth 2.0 module, that can be easily paired (plug n’ play) with most bluetooth mobile phones. With this done, you can make and recieve calls on your iPod and thats not all. The caller ID is displayed on your iPod screen when you get a call. It records the last 9 numbers for easy redialing . It also features voice calls when paired with supported mobile phones. It runs on the iPod battery, so there’s no need for an external one. It also doubles as an iPod music controller and you can use your own iPod headphones to listen to your tunes as well as your calls. So here it is, the closest alternative for those of you who are fed up waiting for the iPhones to arrive.
