
Whether you’re looking for a camcorder that fit’s your pocket or one that’s got the largest storage, Sony’s got them both.They’ve introduced two of the world’s first camcorders, one with 100GB HDD storage and the other being the smallest and lightest 1080i HD model.
Introducing the Sony HDR-CX68K (shown above on the left), is claimed to be the smallest and lightest 1080i HD model weighing just 370g without the battery. Now here’s the details. It uses a memory stick to record video and images, hence reducing weight on storage. You can record almost 3 hours of footage on a 8GB Memory Stick Pro Duo (optional) and it comes 6.1 Megapixel for image recording and 4.3 Megapixel dual rec while recording videos. Sony HDR-SR8( shown above right) packs a humongous 100GB of storage space, thats around 38 hours of HD recording. Wow! thats more than a day of continuous recording. This one also comes with 6.1 Megapixel still image recording and 4.3 Megapixel while recording videos. The rest of all the features are similar to that of HDR-CX68K.
